Description

Black Cube, a leading international business intelligence firm based in Tel Aviv, is looking for a talented Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer to join its growing Audio/Video team full-time.

The team is responsible for processing, editing, and presenting video and audio materials from complex projects, transforming raw content into clear, precise, and professional deliverables for internal and client-facing use.

The role combines hands-on video editing, Motion Graphics, and creative ownership. You will primarily work with existing footage, shaping concepts and narratives, selecting the right material, and taking each video from the initial idea through to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content and short-form productions from existing raw footage, from concept development through final delivery.
• Build clear, dynamic, and compelling narratives from complex video materials.
• Work extensively with Premiere Pro and After Effects, including creating Motion Graphics and visual elements from scratch.
• Develop and execute creative ideas based on project needs and objectives.
• Explore and use AI tools for video creation, ideation, and workflow improvement.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, often within short timelines and changing priorities.
• Collaborate closely with the Audio/Video team and other internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and discretion.

Requirements

• Professional training or certification in video editing or a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proven ability to create Motion Graphics and visual elements from scratch.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, creative, and Motion Graphics capabilities.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to shape clear, cinematic, and engaging narratives.
• Excellent English proficiency.
• Ability to deliver precise, high-quality work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with initiative, independence, and a high level of responsibility.
• Hands-on experience creating video or Motion Graphics with AI tools.
