Post acquisition, the BBPOS team is now an extension of the Stripe Terminal team. Stripe Terminal helps Stripe users extend their online presence into the physical world. The Terminal team’s mission is to make it as easy for businesses to accept in-person payments as the Stripe API has done for online payments. With Terminal, businesses can unlock in-person payments use cases that are right for their business model—whether it’s creating a flagship retail experience, extending their website to a pop-up store, or enabling a mobile point-of-sale at their next event.

What you will do
- Overall manage all lab equipment/tools/facilities in good status.
- Design FMEA for lab capabilities; manage all tools/equipment/measurement systems periodically calibration, preventative maintenance planning and repairing to ensure the capability continuity
- Setup internally calibration capabilities to ensure all temperature, humidity, force guage, DI water, Accelerometer, StranGuage are well calibrated with cost-effective manner
- Develop the logmanager to link test data online reviewing and monitoring
- Design and develop new test capabilities/equipment
- Budget and forecast lab expending to ensure lab is maintained at high level test capabilities.
- Audit reliability lab capabilities internally and externally (CM, 3rd Party)
Who you are
- Experience with reliability related equipment calibration, maintenance including TH chambers, TC, TS, endurance, life test equipment
- Experience with test sensor and instrumentation calibration including load, Temperature, Humidity, force, strain, speed, acceleration, pressure.
- Experience with chambers, shock, vibration, drop, plungers working mechanism and able to design/develop test tools
- Familiarity with CAD, CREO, Cadence, labview tools, matlab and anasys is a plus
- Working experience in chamber factory as design and developing engineer is a plus
- BS/BA on mechanical and automation with 8+ years of factory equipment maintenance and repairing experience
- Willing to travel 30%.
