Strategic Project Operations Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Construction and management of systems related to retail channel operation management
  • Responsible for designing and implementing a digital operation management system for retail channels, including but not limited to daily visits by frontline teams, innovative store expansion coverage systems, rebate calculation systems, etc. Ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the system to meet the needs of business departments.
  • Work closely with the retail channel strategy team and IT team to ensure that the technical implementation of the system is aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor the operation of the system, regularly optimize and upgrade it to ensure that the system can support continuous business growth.
• Construction of digital disease management tools for patients
  • Design and develop digital disease management tools for patients to help them better manage their health status.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure the scientific and practical nature of tools, and improve patient compliance and satisfaction.
  • Through data analysis, continuously optimize the functionality and user experience of the tool to ensure its effective support for long-term health management of patients.
  • Explore integration with third-party platforms such as health management apps, smart devices, etc., to enhance the coverage and influence of the tools.
• Construction and management of pharmacist digital platform
  • Responsible for the planning, design and implementation of pharmacist digital platforms (such as CRM, applet, official account), and improving pharmacist's service ability and customer interaction experience.
  • Through data analysis, gain a deep understanding of the needs of pharmacists and customers, continuously optimize platform functions, and enhance user stickiness and activity.
  • Collaborate with the retail marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance the platform's visibility and user growth.
  • Ensure the compliance of the platform with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Cross departmental collaboration and project management Work closely with various sub teams, IT teams, marketing teams, etc. within the retail BU to ensure the smooth progress and implementation of digital projects. Develop project plans, manage project progress, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Regularly report project progress to management, provide data support and decision-making recommendations.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education background: Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in marketing, information technology, businessmanagement, or related fields.
• Work experience:
  • At least 8 years of work experience in digital marketing, retail channel operation management, or related fields, with a background in the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Technical ability: familiar with the establishment and management of digital platforms such as CRM system, applet, official account, etc., with certain technical background and system integration experience.
  • Project management: With rich experience in project management, able to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery.
  • Data analysis: Possess strong data analysis skills, able to gain insights into busines
