As the Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will be the cornerstone of our marketing automation team, guiding a group of talented developers and ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Solution Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of comprehensive end-to-end solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), aligning marketing strategies with technological capabilities to enhance customer engagement.
- Data Architecture Expertise: Lead the design of complex data models and segmentation strategies, ensuring optimal use of Data Extensions and Subscriber Models to support targeted marketing efforts.
- API & Integration Oversight: Spearhead the integration of SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other platforms using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring seamless data synchronization and enhanced customer journeys.
- Team Development and Guidance: Mentor and develop a team of Marketing Cloud Developers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and professional growth.
- Cross-Channel Orchestration: Guide the team in creating cohesive customer experiences by aligning email, SMS, push, and social marketing channels to drive unified engagement.
- Performance Optimization Strategies: Establish best practices for A/B testing, deliverability optimization, and campaign performance analysis, ensuring the team consistently delivers high-impact results.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, communicate architectural solutions, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Compliance and Security Leadership: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and marketing compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, CASL), establishing protocols for data handling and user permissions
WHO YOU ARE:
- You have extensive experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a strong focus on solution architecture and integration capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of SFMC modules like Email Studio, Contact Builder, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
- Experience in integrating external data sources in Snowflake.
- Good understanding of Salesforce product portfolio like Data Cloud and Health Cloud.
- Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, HTML and CSS, especially for Emails.
- You hold relevant certifications, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect or System Architect, and are committed to continuous learning in the rapidly evolving SFMC landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Marketing, or similar).
