Senior Cloud Engineer
At Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices in line with EU and local regulations. The minimum monthly gross compensation for this role is 20 240 PLN, with final pay determined based on objective factors such as experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility, and internal alignment.
This position is eligible for variable pay components, such as performance‑based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.

For Digital Hub Warsaw, we are looking for:
Senior Cloud Engineer
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters.
- Write automation scripts using Python and Bash.
- Manage Linux-based environments.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using GitHub.
Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (5+) in infrastructure engineering or a related role
- Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects and leading technical teams
- Significant experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud infrastructure
- Deep expertise in network protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.)
- Comprehensive knowledge of server and storage systems
- Advanced proficiency with virtualization technologies
- Advanced scripting and automation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
