YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Campaign Development and Execution: Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using Automation Studio, ensuring efficient execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

• Dynamic Content Creation: Utilize your expertise in Content Builder, AMPScript, and SQL to create personalized and interactive email content that resonates with target audiences.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Implement customer journey orchestration through Journey Builder, defining engagement paths that enhance customer experiences and foster loyalty.
• Audience Segmentation and Data Management: Manage audience segmentation and customer data within Audience Studio, ensuring high-quality data for targeted marketing efforts.
• Cross-Channel Campaign Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and execute integrated campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and push notifications, ensuring a cohesive brand message.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting tools, generating insights to optimize future marketing strategies and improve ROI.
• API Integration Support: Assist in the integration of Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other platforms, leveraging REST and SOAP APIs to ensure seamless data flow and user experience.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Stay informed about data privacy regulations and marketing compliance standards, ensuring all campaigns adhere to legal requirements and best practices.
   

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, particularly in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder.
• You possess strong technical skills in SQL and AMPScript, SFMC Automation workflows with a focus on creating personalized content and managing data effectively.
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs.
• You are detail-oriented and analytical, capable of interpreting data to drive campaign improvements and enhance customer engagement.
• You have a collaborative mindset, working well with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and deliver impactful marketing solutions.
• You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends in the marketing automation landscape, striving for continuous improvement in your skill set.
