HRO Project Manager (individual contributor)
Job Purpose
The Project Manager is responsible for defining project scopes, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful project execution. This role involves leading project teams while aligning their efforts with industry best practices and organizational goals. The Project Manager will also communicate project progress and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective change management.
Key Tasks
- You will determine and define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- You will steer and oversee the achievement of project and program goals.
- You will ensure regular alignment of project teams to implement industry best practices and standard methodologies.
- You will provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, risk management, and progress.
- You will define and align the program roadmap and resource requirements for each project or program.
- You will prepare change management strategies to maximize efficiency and minimize resistance to change.
- You will measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
- You will guarantee the early identification of IT requirements for the project or program and ensure proper planning of delivery and budget allocation.
- You will lead the project or program with a strong focus on strategy, implementation, and delegation.
- You will foster strong stakeholder management and communication across different cultures and functions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a project management environment.
- Experience in communication and change management.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Prince2, or Scrum Master certification preferred.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- High learning agility and flexibility to adapt to different projects based on business demand.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel.
- Fluent in English.
