As a CRM Data Management intern, you will focus on improving the quality and integrity of customer data through data cleaning and enrichment. You will assist in identifying and resolving inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies within the CRM system. Additionally, you will support the migration of legacy data from Word documents to the CRM platform, ensuring accurate transfer and a smooth transition.

The CRM Data team is a dedicated group of professionals passionate about maintaining high-quality customer data, ensuring every record in the CRM system is accurate, up-to-date, and useful for teams like sales, marketing, and customer service. This mix of data analysts, CRM specialists, and problem-solvers enjoys diving into details, fixing inconsistencies, and making sure data flows smoothly across the organization through close collaboration with different departments.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies, duplicates, and inaccuracies within the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity and quality through meticulous data cleaning processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate the conversion and migration of legacy data from Word documents to the CRM platform.
•  Ensure accurate data transfer and a seamless transition during the migration process.
•  Conduct regular data audits with the CRM team to maintain data accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement data standardization best practices.

WHO YOU ARE

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program, with a major in data science, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or other data management software.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Good communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with team members and provide status updates.
• Proficient in English to communicate effectively in an international team.
• Fleunt in English
• Available for 9 months minimum
• familiar with DSO behaviors
