YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• 达成年度财务指标。
• 在必要的支持下，管理且与战略渠道伙伴(SCPs)合作，落实商务政策并跟进业务进展。
• 独立管理拜耳战略零售商(BSRs)网络，并为大型种植者提供优质服务。
• 独立落实需求拉动工作的计划与执行。
• 在必要的支持下，开发并落实商业计划，及时、准确预测消耗进展，规划业务机会和风险并主动采取行动。
• 管理个人差旅及宣传推广费用的计划与执行。
• 及时报告投诉事件并协助相关调查工作。

WHO YOU ARE

• 教育背景：农业或商业领域专科及以上学历
• 技能：沟通、演讲、植保知识
• 工作经验：1年以上相关工作经验
• 个人特征：积极向上、乐于成功、可经常出差
