Automation is at the heart of how we scale. From launching new clubs at lightning speed to streamlining support services and marketing operations, our success depends on how well we automate and optimize internal processes.

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of a cross-functional automation team that collaborates closely with business teams across Basic-Fit. Your mission: identify repetitive and manual workflows, then automate them using modern low-code platforms and AI-powered tools.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology — someone who sees inefficiency and says “there must be a better way.”

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into smart, automated solutions.
• Build apps, workflows, and process automations using low-code tools — quickly and iteratively.
• Integrate AI capabilities to make processes smarter, not just faster.
• Help shape and scale a low-code culture across the company.
• Collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders to prioritize and implement improvements.
• Ensure security, scalability, and long-term maintainability of automation solutions.

What We’re Looking For

You bring a solution-oriented mindset and a strong affinity for technology, efficiency, and simplicity. You're not afraid to dive into a problem, sketch a flow, or launch a prototype — and you know how to balance speed with structure.

You have:

• Experience building automation or internal tools using low-code or no-code platforms.
• A passion for making business processes better — faster, leaner, smarter.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to experiment with new tools and AI capabilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to break down complex workflows.
• Comfort working with cross-functional teams and turning ideas into impact.
• Basic knowledge of databases, APIs, and scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or SQL).

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked in an environment with a lot of process complexity or scale.
• Have a good feel for user experience — you want the automations you build to feel intuitive
