Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring requirements and ensure smooth hiring processes for specific job openings, including:
• Hiring strategy meetings
• Job description creation
• Candidate selection criteria
• Recruit across various teams such as Engineering, Product, and Delivery, while also expanding the business globally and building high-performing teams.
• Develop strong talent pipelines and provide an exceptional candidate experience by giving each candidate personalized attention throughout the hiring process.
• Understand each candidate’s skill set and how it fits into the larger team and its objectives.
• Assess current hiring needs and ensure timely hiring at all levels.
• Use market insights and historical data to:
• Anticipate conversion rates and time to hire
• Proactively map and source candidates to build a future talent pipeline
• Continuously improve existing recruitment programs and devise innovative strategies to attract top talent.

Requirements:

Must Haves:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting — including identifying, sourcing, closing, and onboarding candidates.
• Proficiency in utilizing various sourcing tools and methodologies to identify and attract top talent.
• Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with a moderate understanding of creating and using dashboards to track recruitment metrics.
