What We Are Looking For:

As a Network Engineer (IT), you will be responsible for the configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance of all corporate network infrastructure on a global scale. This role places a strong emphasis on customer service, both internally and externally. The position requires a versatile skill set, including IP networking, VoIP knowledge, and experience with open-source systems, among other areas. You must demonstrate a strong work ethic, genuine dedication to your role, and a proactive approach to your responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Configure and maintain internal corporate routers, firewalls, switches, and 802.11 Wireless Access Points.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network security appliances, including Cisco ISE, DNA, FirePower, and SRX appliances.
• Work in IP networking environments with a strong emphasis on routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Operate in Linux/Unix environments, ensuring system integrity and performance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting network-related issues.
• Collaborate with local ISPs to resolve WAN issues promptly and effectively.
• Troubleshoot advanced LAN and WAN issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Monitor and report issues related to the internal network, maintaining high availability and performance.
• Provide remote network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for remote office locations.
• Ensure robust network security and compliance with industry standards and best practices.

What You Need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Experience: 5+ years in IT, with 2 years in a Network Engineering role
• Knowledge:
• Experience with mid to large Network Engineering deployments
• Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
• Configuring and troubleshooting networking devices from various vendors
• Designing, deploying, and maintaining Enterprise Wireless Networks
• Integrating Network Authentication into an Active Directory/SAML architecture
• Skills: CCNA or equivalent networking certification
• Soft Skills:

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and improvement

Bonus Points:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Experience: 8+ years in IT
• Knowledge:
• Experience with Firepower Management Center, Cisco FirePower
• Knowledge of Cisco ISE, Cisco DNA, BGP, VoIP
• Familiarity with interpreted programming languages and/or shell scripting (Python, Perl, Bash)
• Skills: CCNP or equivalent certification
• Soft Skills:
• Passion for technology and innovation
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated with a drive for achieving results
