Role Brief: -
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – QA Auditor to drive quality
compliance and audit processes across our kitchens, warehouses, and partner outlets,
ensuring adherence to defined SOPs and FSSAI standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular quality and process audits across kitchens, warehouses, Our other
food premises.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI guidelines, internal SOPs, and operational standards.
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and food handling practices across all facilities.
• Identify process gaps and non-compliance; implement corrective and preventive
actions (CAPA).
• Maintain audit reports, checklists, and compliance documentation and other food
safety related documentation.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to improve process efficiency
and consistency.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on hygiene, SOP adherence, and quality
protocols.
• Evaluate vendor processes and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Track and resolve customer complaints related to quality and service standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across quality and audit processes.
Communicated with senior managers regarding technology changes and contribute
on its impact on current processes.
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (Food Tech)
• 3–6 years of experience in QA audits, compliance, or process quality within F&B, QSR, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of FSSAI regulations and hygiene standards.
• Proven experience in auditing, compliance monitoring, and SOP implementation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Willingness to travel for audits across multiple locations.
Preferred Skills: •
Certification in HACCP / ISO standards (audit & compliance-focused).
• Experience in multi-unit operations or cloud kitchens.
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting.
