The Cordant™ Solutions Project Manager is responsible for leading the full lifecycle delivery of industrial digital transformation and asset performance solutions, integrating software, hardware, and services to deliver measurable customer outcomes.

Working across customers, commercial teams, engineering, software, services, supply chain, manufacturing, and other key stakeholders, this role drives the successful execution of complex and innovative solutions.

The Project Manager is accountable for ensuring disciplined project delivery, fostering trusted customer relationships, proactively managing risk, and delivering projects safely, on time, within budget, and in full compliance with Baker Hughes quality, regulatory, and operational standards.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for:

· Delivering medium- to large-scale customized solution projects on time and within budget.

· Managing project activities to meet schedule, quality, engineering hours, and material budget requirements.

· Acting as the primary point of contact and advisor to build successful customer relationships.

· Managing project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

· Maintaining ownership of the project’s financial health by ensuring all financial aspects are managed and reported throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or extensive project management experience.

· Have experience managing digital, software, hardware, services or integrated solutions projects in a customer-facing environment.

· Demonstrate strong project management capability, including planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder management, financial ownership and delivery governance.

· Be an experienced problem solver, with an analytical approach to identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

· PMP or equivalent project management certification would be advantageous.
