The Opportunity:

As a developer, you know how to harness the latest technologies by developing low-code platforms and creating user-friendly solutions for your clients. We’re looking for a developer like you to support the management of low-code development platforms from vision to production-ready, solving our clients’ most complex challenges.

This role is more than just coding. We need a developer who will use their passion to learn new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements. You'll use the Agile life cycle to work with the development team on developing and configuring applications and solutions to implement system stakeholder requirements. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to help make sure the solution the team develops considers the architecture and operating environment, including future functionality and enhancements. You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you help translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.

You Have:

5+ years of experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using agile methods
5+ years of experience with development, including core ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom apps, and development methods
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience working in large enterprise environments, including government spaces
Ability to add capabilities and make software changes
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science

Nice If You Have:

Experience with HRSD, SAM, and HAM
Experience with IT Financial Management (ITFM)
Experience with implementing scripted Web services in and CMDB or asset integrations in
Experience developing custom Workspaces and Platform Analytics dashboards
Experience with Agile methodology, extreme programming, software engineering, product management, and software products
Possession of strong writing, documentation, and communication skills
Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
