Job Description
    • BAE Systems has a program to provide a wide range of support services on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The Program Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, logistical, and security support for mission events. This role is responsible for technical meeting documentation, full-cycle procurement and materials management (SAP/FAR), facility and visitor coordination, and the administration of classified data transfer and personnel security clearance reporting.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Provides real-time administrative and coordination support during mission events.
    • Responsible for recording meeting minutes for technical working groups.
    • Manages the procurement, shipping, and receiving of materials.
    • Executes procurements via SAP and FAR guidelines.
    • Manages outbound shipments using DD Form 1149 and GBL.
    • Maintains Material Usage Cost Data Reports and handles Supply Discrepancy Reports (SDR).
    • Provides general administrative and facility support.
    • Coordinates visitor access lists with the Visitor Control Office, manages facility reservations, and coordinates VTC/Voice teleconferencing.
    • Assists with base access and badging for visiting personnel. Manages the security of removable media and personnel clearance records.
    • Administers the Removable Media Program and serves as the Authorized Classified Download Agent (ACDA) or Data Transfer Agent (DTA).
    • Produces the Personnel Security Clearance Report.
  • Required Education, Experience, and Skills: Associate degree or equivalent experience. High level of organizational skill and ability to work variable shifts/tours based on mission requirements.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $55304 - $88487

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
