Job Description
The Advanced Electronic Warfare Solutions (AEWS) product line is developing and delivering the future of electronic warfare (EW), today along with developing robust sustainment strategies for active platforms. Built on decades of proven fielded capability, rooted on robust operational analysis, and incorporating the most relevant needs of the warfighter, AEWS brings high technology readiness level (TRL) and manufacturing readiness level (MRL) solutions to address the most complex challenges for the United States Department of Defense (DoD). AEWS systems provide the most advanced situational awareness and countermeasures capabilities for both traditional and non-traditional platforms. The AEWS team is empowered and honored to be executing at the tip of the tip of the spear!
A critical part of the AEWS portfolio is growing our Sustainment organization and supporting our customers with fielded product. As an Operations Program Manager in our Sustainment organization, you can’t be closer to the company mission and our customer base.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting programs like F22 and ensuring that we can sustain our hardware and keep our product relevant into 2060 and beyond. Some activities will include:

• Strategic Leadership:Leverage a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain to drive the Sustainment strategy.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with other functions to ensure Sustainment Factories meet rTAT (required Turn Around Time) requirements.
• Material Management: Establish a comprehensive material strategy, including the management of obsolescence.
• Operations Management: Lead the insertion of new technologies.
• Problem Resolution: Drive root cause analysis for test failures encountered in the field.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Excellent program/project management experience
• Strong Supply Chain, Procurement and Manufacturing background
• Demonstrated experience in the entire program lifecycle
• Demonstrated acumen with regard to EVMS and the ability to implement Cost Account Management best practices
• Experience with proposals and the Operations proposal process
• Exceptional oral communication and formal presentation skills and a demonstrated ability to establish excellent internal and external customer relationships
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of team with initiative, creativity, and innovation

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors degree and 6+ years experience
• High degree of ethics and strong core values
• Proposal Experience
• PMP, Six Sigma or other related Certifications
• Strong Foundation in Operations Function
• Risk and Opportunity Management
• Analytical skills and the ability to work independently to develop Leadership presentations for the Operations and Program function.
• Strong communication skills –
  • having an ability to communicate a strategy or problem to other people
  • being able to speak at any level from factory floor to director level
  • Willingness to ask questions to thoroughly learn manufacturing processes on the factory side, and financial implications on the program side.
• Strong Time Management Skills
  • Highly organized when balancing needs of multiple factories and programs.
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive when facing technical, cost, or schedule challenges.
• Ability to lead small teams

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
