We're excited to announce an exceptional opportunity to join our growing team as an AV/VTC Engineer, working on some of the most advanced government facilities in the world, specifically within the MARFOREUR/AF community. We are looking to fulfill this position late 2026.
About the Role:
As our Junior AV/VTC Engineer, you will assist in ensuring the seamless functionality of AV/VTC systems, working closely with our AV Design and Programming team, Project Managers, and customers. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting and maintaining AV/VTC systems to meet user requirements and operational effectiveness
• Support evaluation of systems for obsolescence and security hardening
• Develop relationships with customers to understand their system needs and upgrade requirements
• Review technical documents and ensure compliance with industry standards and government security guidelines
• Participate in customer acceptance tests and end-user training
• Assist in configuring equipment, including Digital Signal Processing (DSP) systems

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field (additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree)
Familiarity with AV/VTC, networking, or a related field
Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline
AV/VTC certifications
Experience with building copper cabling and installation of fiber
Knowledge of building construction methods and materials
2D CAD drawing development (Visio or equivalent)
Prior Military or DoD experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $72150 - $122655

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
