About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple customer deployments.
• Own solution discovery, technical scoping, architecture, implementation, and production rollout.
• Design and develop full-stack applications that deliver measurable customer value.
• Work closely with customer engineering and business teams to understand requirements and drive successful adoption.
• Plan project milestones, prioritize deliverables, and proactively remove execution blockers.
• Balance scope, quality, and delivery timelines while making sound technical decisions.
• Contribute hands-on to both frontend and backend development whenever required.
• Create reusable tools, frameworks, playbooks, and deployment best practices.
• Share customer insights and field feedback to improve AI models and product capabilities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Security, Partnerships, GRC, and GTM teams.
• Ensure successful production deployment and continuous improvement of customer solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical deployment experience with customer-facing responsibilities.
• Strong experience delivering complex software systems in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or equivalent programming languages.
• Experience building full-stack production applications.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI applications.
• Strong understanding of AI model behavior and its impact on user experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and system design skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to identify risks early and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
