Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our esteemed engineering team in Yerevan, Armenia and contribute to the development and maintenance of our software products. As a vital member of our global team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional products and supporting our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality web applications.
- Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end resources to achieve project and feature goals.
- Develop and maintain unit, integration and functional testing to ensure software quality.
- Contribute to code quality by reviewing team PRs and actively participating in troubleshooting and planning sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ongoing support for applications in production environments.
- Identify and troubleshoot software-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Optimize application performance, work to enhance functionality and address technical debt.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve coding skills.
- Work on projects with varying levels of complexity, adhering to project timelines and deliverables.
Who You Are
- Strong experience in developing applications web applications.
- Proven working experience in one of popular JavaScript frameworks and PHP or Python on the backend.
- Object-Oriented Analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Experience with any RDBMS or NoSQL solution.
- Strong experience adding comprehensive test coverage.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design principles and standards and experience building and using APIs.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address software-related challenges.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Good communication skills to effectively work with team members and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for learning and staying up to date with emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- BONUS POINTS FOR Experience with: Vue.JS, Stencil.JS, Handlebars, Flask, CodeIgniter, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, Docker and AWS.
