Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CPQ Specialist with expertise in business analysis, CPQ administration, and contract management. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Salesforce CPQ solutions, along with proficiency in contract lifecycle management (CLM) using DocuSign CLM.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to products, pricing, quoting, order processing, inventory, and contract management processes.

• Design, configure, and customize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business needs, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quote templates.

• Lead workshops, requirements walk throughs and sprint review sessions with the business, QA, and Development teams.

• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce CPQ and DocuSign CLM, addressing user inquiries, and resolving technical issues promptly.

• Execute administrative tasks for Salesforce CPQ, managing user permissions, security settings, and data integrity.

• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and other systems, to streamline end-to-end business processes.

• Implement contract management solutions using DocuSign CLM, including contract creation, negotiation, approval workflows, and electronic signature capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Business Analyst, or similar role.

• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ administration, including configuration, customization, and integration with Salesforce CRM.

• Strong understanding of pricing and quoting processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable CPQ solutions.

• Hands-on experience with contract management systems, preferably DocuSign CLM, including contract authoring, negotiation, and electronic signature workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business challenges and propose innovative solutions.

• Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications are required.

• DocuSign CLM certification is preferred.
