Salesforce Engineer (COTS)
Join us as a Salesforce Engineer, where your expertise in Salesforce development and application maintenance will be key to delivering innovative digital solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work on Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems, ensuring seamless deployment, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce-based applications in line with organizational needs.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to customize and enhance Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Manage the lifecycle of Salesforce solutions, including development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, modules, and features to enhance Salesforce functionality.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security policies, and organizational guidelines for Salesforce implementation.
- Provide technical support, training, and documentation to stakeholders for Salesforce applications.
What We’re Looking For
- A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Salesforce development, including designing and maintaining Salesforce applications.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce tools, modules, and APIs for integrations.
- Familiarity with Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) systems and application maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce applications efficiently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A driven and detail-oriented individual with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
