This position offers you the opportunity to work with public agency IT teams of Singapore to support their IT digitization strategy and roadmap. What will you be doing?
You will be working within an agency as part of its IT project team, which includes the Product/Project Manager, Solution Architect, and, where applicable, a Technical Services Consultant. Together, you will deliver ICT capabilities to support Singapore’s vision of a Smart Nation.

Experience & Skills Required:
Experience: 3-7years
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using:
- Frontend: React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5/CSS3
- Backend: Java with Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful APIs
- Work with SQL Server/Azure SQL Database for relational data, adapting to other databases (NoSQL, etc.) as project needs dictate.
- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines(DevOps) and implement secure coding practices.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native solutions (AWS Lambda, S3, Docker) and containerized applications.
- Ensure code quality through automated testing(Selenium, Mocha, Karma) and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, and UI/UX teams in Agile/SCRUM environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above
