DevSecOps Engineer

What will you be doing?

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be embedded within an agency’s IT project team, collaborating with Product/Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Services Consultants (where applicable). Together, you will deliver ICT capabilities that support Singapore’s vision of a Smart Nation.

Experience & Skills Required

Experience: 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement DevSecOps infrastructure for secure, scalable government cloud platforms.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Atlassian suite.

• Automate deployment of backend systems and data pipelines.

• Enforce best practices for infrastructure-as-code (IaC) security and system resiliency.

• Support device enrollment into zero-trust environments (SEED) and work with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools such as Intune.

• Implement monitoring and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana) while maintaining infrastructure (VMWare, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure).

• Proficient in scripting with Python, Bash, and TypeScript, along with strong cloud security principles.

• Advocate for engineering excellence, contribute to product reliability, and mentor others within the team.
