Co Vás v této roli čeká?

• Zajištění a zodpovědnost za veškerou komunikaci s klíčovým zákazníkem, příp. bussiness developmentem

• Podpora rozvoje spolupráce se zákazníkem

• Pravidelné dohlížení na výrobní a personální plány a zajištění maximální efektivity

• Definování a vyhodnocování KPI, pravidelný reporting

• Vedení a motivace týmu

• Spolupráce se zahraničními kolegy

• Sledování a udržování odpovídající úrovně zásob materiálu, spolupráce s nákupčím a sourcing týmem

• Spolupráce při řešení reklamací

• Zajištění vhodných dodavatelů materiálu

• Zajištění dokumentací pro fakturace a spolupráce s účetním týmem

• Odpovědnost za aplikaci projektů LEAN, 5S atd.

• Podpora pro Quality a regulátory tým

Co potřebujete, abyste uspěl/a?

• Znalost anglického jazyka – C1 (přímý nadřízený v Americe)

• Minimálně SŠ vzdělání

• Zkušenosti z logistiky nebo zákaznického servisu výhodou

• Zkušenosti s projektovým řízením

• Znalost práce s PC (MS Office)

• Vynikající komunikační a organizační schopnosti

• Odolnost vůči stresu a časová flexibilita

• Analytické myšlení
