As we expand our customer SaaS deployments, we are currently seeking experienced site reliability engineers (SREs) bringing fresh ideas, demonstrating a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoying collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop reliable real-world solutions and positive user experiences at every interaction.

Job Description

• Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and solutions with a focus on reliability, scalability, and availability
• Develop solutions using strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript
• Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using AI agents, workflow orchestration, and autonomous task execution
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into applications, workflows, and enterprise solutions
• Develop, test, and optimize prompts for reliable and effective LLM-based outcomes
• Build and maintain AI workflows using orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies
• Develop and integrate APIs to connect AI solutions with enterprise applications, data sources, and external services
• Create AI-driven automation solutions for repetitive tasks and business processes
• Design and deploy cloud-native AI solutions on OCI and AWS
• Troubleshoot AI application, integration, and workflow issues and support incident resolution
• Follow software engineering and operational processes, including testing, version control, deployment, change management, and incident handling

Qualifications

• Experience from 4-11 years
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, C++, or JavaScript
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, workflow orchestration, and autonomous task execution
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Prompt Engineering
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
• API integration and software engineering fundamentals
• AI-driven automation and solution development
• Cloud-native AI solution development on OCI and/or AWS
