Job Role

As a passionate software developer, you demonstrate capabilities of deep product and technology design thinking at the core. You should have worked on multiple releases of software that are bringing in a combination of functional and technical improvements, modernizing the product, easing deployments, and addressing customer issues.

While the skills are modern and demanding, the role is one of learning, educating, adapting, and nurturing these capabilities in a way that large-scale adoption in a product organization is possible. You are seen as an agile and efficient developer that thinks and writes code that is of good quality. Should be collaborative and focused on quality without missing speed.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Translate requirements into well-documented designs.
• Innovate and propose creative solutions to complex problems.
• Own the product design and maintain high standards of code quality.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to enhance the product.
• Engage in coding, code reviews, and refactoring, and assist teams in code optimization.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Promote an engineering culture focused on metrics and excellence.
• Ensure adherence to set internal controls.
• Efficiently solve problems and debug issues.
• Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Hands-on experience in developing and designing SaaS applications/platforms for large enterprises.
• Proficient in the Java stack, including Core Java, J2EE, and Spring.
• Experience with front-end technologies like JQuery; knowledge of Angular is a plus.
• Familiarity with Kafka and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with AWS, Docker is a bonus.
• 2-3 years of experience in software development.
• Knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience in building or modernizing platforms/applications for large-scale deployments.

Education and Qualification

• BE/BTech/MCA/MTech.
• AWS certifications are nice to have.

Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: 10 LPA - 13 LPA
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days a week at Office
