Job Role

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineers/ Senior Site Reliability Engineers to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience. Responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues, automate infrastructure provisioning and self-service integrations to help internal teams or customers. Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure infrastructure using AWS.
• Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments and ensure smooth delivery of applications.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure applications are designed for reliability and performance.
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure the health and performance of our infrastructure.
• Ensure security best practices are followed and compliance requirements are met.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, ELK stack, or equivalent.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (ISO-27001, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI-DSS) is a plus.
• Should be willing to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-off's

• Experience with other cloud providers such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
• Certification in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).

Educational and Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
