Job Role

The Senior QA Engineer is responsible for creating the Test Automation Framework (TAF), building the test environment, and creating the automation test scripts for functional, technical integrations and product standards. This person will also take an active role in developing test automation framework product offerings to help AutoRABIT customers benefit from true automation of DevOps end-to-end life cycle with full test coverage for SFDC and other SaaS/PaaS solution platforms. This role comes with a lot of excitement, and responsibility to train and mentor other test engineers to deliver the test automation framework and product deliverables on time with quality and completeness. Senior QA Engineer shall coordinate and work with US team members, professional services team and customers to enhance and customize the TAF features to realize the true potential Test Automation for Salesforce platform. You will also have to participate in manual testing efforts in areas not yet automated.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop AutoRABIT’s Test Automation Framework (TAF) using Selenium.
• Work with internal stakeholders (Product Management, Engineering, customer support, Services, etc.) to plan, manage and execute all TAF and Automation Deliverables.
• Create end to end working Test Automation Suite and integration with AutoRABIT Product Suite and deliver on time without sev 1 and 2 issues.
• Train and mentor other test engineers to build and deliver TAF product on time.
• Hands on creation of Test Automation Suite and comply with testing, quality standards.
• Post release feedback, reporting, and Issue analysis to improve and enhance the products.
• Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.

Desired Skills and Knowledge

• At least 3 years in a Software engineering with hands on experience with Selenium, Various Testing frameworks, tooling for a B2B Enterprise software or SaaS company
• At least worked on one or two prior product companies, test Automation frameworks to allow flexible configurations and customization.
• Strong project management and team collaboration experience to deliver on time.
• Strong knowledge on development and test programming knowledge with Selenium.
• Familiarity with CRM Systems (Salesforce.com), Marketing Automation tools (HubSpot), and deep understanding of how SaaS products are configured and deployed for end users/customers
• Excellent eye for detail, fast on your feet, and a problem solver
• Ability to multitask and take the lead on several events simultaneously
• Expertise, willingness, and flexibility in working in a high-energy start-up.
• Proven experience in Testing Salesforce applications.
• Salesforce Certification will be added advantage.
• Identify Salesforce features and limitations versus Defects.
• Seeks to continuously improve test processes (Root Cause Analysis, Correction and Preventions)
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases
• Strong Java knowledge and good understanding in CI/CD, Version Control Tools.
• Responsible for handling all aspects of QA from Functional to Automation (if applicable).

Must have Skills:

• Automation using Selenium WebDriver with Java as scripting language
• Version Control tools such as BitBucket, GIT etc
• Salesforce/CRM Knowledge
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum SDLC using JIRA
• Writing SQL Queries

Nice to have Skills:

• API Automation using Postman/Newman
• Salesforce Certifications
• Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) principles.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s or MS degree in Computer Science and Engineering or equivalent experience
