Job Role
Join us as a Renewal Account Executive to drive customer retention and satisfaction, contributing to our mission of delivering seamless customer experiences.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Renewals Management:
- Drive customer renewals with predictability and achieve targeted gross retention rates.
- Manage the entire renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts, ensuring timely and successful contract renewals.
- Identify and mitigate customer risks while uncovering new opportunities for account growth.
- Customer Relationship Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, advocating for customers internally and aligning their goals with AutoRABIT’s solutions.
- Strategic Account Handling:
- Provide renewals coverage for larger, strategic customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Legal, to address customer needs effectively.
- Forecasting and Reporting:
- Conduct regular revenue forecasting and deliver updates to leadership.
- Report on renewal activity, trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement in processes.
- Process Improvements:
- Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies that enhance the renewals process and customer experience.
- Responsibility to adhere to set internal controls.
Required Skills and Experience
- Experience & Expertise:
- 3-5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role (e.g., Account Executive, SDR, or BDR).
- Proven track record of managing and driving renewals with high customer satisfaction rates.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Open Source Software, DevOps, and concepts around Cloud and infrastructure is preferred.
- Ability to articulate value propositions and address customer challenges within technical environments.
- Skills:
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proficiency in forecasting and delivering data-driven insights to support business objectives.
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with a focus on achieving results.
- Preferred Experience:
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Software solutions and subscription-based business models.
Education and Qualification
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
Compensation: 25 LPA - 30 LPA
