  • Program, integrate, and optimize industrial robots and automated equipment to enhance productivity, quality, and process performance.

  • Troubleshoot and improve machine control systems, identifying and resolving issues to maximize equipment uptime, safety, and manufacturing throughput.

  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to establish automation standards, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Integrate advanced technologies such as vision systems, industrial networks, sensors, and Industry 4.0 tools to enable intelligent automation and data-driven manufacturing processes.

If you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry or other highly regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.

  • Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to work effectively in a hands-on production environment.

  • Availability to support off-shift production activities, equipment troubleshooting, and critical manufacturing issues as needed.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training, equipment implementation, and technical support, with flexibility to work extended hours during launches or key projects.

We will be more than glad to chat with you about your experience and your career goals.

In our international work setting, you will find a range of opportunities that are designed to enhance your career and personal development. Including new and different perspectives is part of what ensures the team’s success. We are committed to develop people’s skills, knowledge and creative potential.
