Job summary:
AutogenAI is seeking a customer-focused Onboarding Project Manager to lead enterprise client onboarding and drive seamless adoption of our AI-powered platform. In this pivotal role, you’ll design scalable onboarding frameworks, guide change management strategies, and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-implementation. What you'll be responsible for:
- Project Leadership: Manage and oversee end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Onboarding Methodology: Develop and implement a scalable onboarding framework tailored to enterprise clients.
- Change Management: Provide expert guidance on organisational change and user adoption strategies, addressing challenges unique to AI-driven tools.
- Customer Engagement: Strengthen and maintain C-Suite relationships during onboarding, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Handover Optimisation: Establish a structured transition process from onboarding to Customer Success teams, ensuring continuity and maximising long-term retention.
- Collaboration: Partner with Onboarding Specialists, Sales, Customer Success, Product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
