Description du poste
Nous sommes à la recherche d'un développeur back-end senior ou d'un développeur full stack pour renforcer notre équipe Autodesk Platform Services. Cette équipe est un acteur clé dans notre mission qui consiste à fournir des plateformes de données en nuage à l'échelle d'un exabyte. Ce rôle se situe à l'intersection de la technologie cloud et de l'innovation logicielle afin d'offrir des expériences de données transparentes à travers tous les produits Autodesk.

  • Innovation en matière d'intégration : De la conception à l'exécution, développez et raffinez les services qui alimentent à la fois nos propres produits et les capacités de nos partenaires. 

  • L'évolution collaborative : Travaillez avec des gestionnaires de produits, des architectes et des développeurs pour concevoir des solutions logicielles évolutives. 

  • Expertise en action : Tirez parti de votre expertise des architectures basées sur le cloud pour influencer l'ensemble du cycle de développement, en améliorant l'agilité et l'efficacité de l'équipe.

  • Mentorat et croissance : Montrez l'exemple, conseillez vos pairs et participez à la formation continue pour rester à la pointe de la technologie.

Qualifications Minimales

  • Licence ou diplôme supérieur en informatique, ingénierie ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le développement d'applications backend basées sur le cloud

  • Maîtrise de Java et de Spring Boot

  • Solide expérience des méthodologies Agile et du SDLC

  • Expérience pratique avec AWS ou des plateformes cloud similaires, avec une passion pour la construction de systèmes évolutifs

  • Solides compétences en communication orale et écrite

  • Solides compétences analytiques et excellentes capacités de résolution de problèmes

  • Extrême souci du détail, tant au niveau de la documentation que de la communication

  • Compétences de leadership démontrées et capacité à encadrer des développeurs juniors

Qualifications Préférées

  • Expérience dans la construction de microservices

  • Exposition ou contribution à des projets open source liés à l'informatique en nuage

  • Expérience dans le développement d'API basées sur le cloud (NodeJS, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL, gRPC) considérée comme un atout majeur

  • Solide expérience en SQL et en gestion de bases de données

Position Overview
We are searching for a Senior Back-End or a Full-Stack Developer to enhance our Autodesk Platform Services Team. This team is a key player in our mission to provide exabyte-scale cloud data platforms. This role taps into the intersection of cloud technology and software innovation to deliver seamless data experiences across all Autodesk products.

Responsibilities

  • This hybrid role, based in Montreal or Toronto under the guidance of our Software Development Manager in Canada, offers a vibrant community where you’ll contribute to:

  •  Innovation in Integration: From conception to execution, develop and refine services that power both our own products and our partners’ capabilities

  • Collaborative Evolution: Work alongside product managers, architects, and developers to craft scalable software solutions

  • Expertise in Action: Leverage your expertise in cloud-based architectures to influence the full development lifecycle, enhancing the team’s agility and effectiveness

  • Mentorship and Growth: Lead by example, mentor peers, and engage in continuous learning to stay ahead of the curve in technology

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • At least 5 years of relevant cloud-based backend development experience

  • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot

  • Solid experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC

  • Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms, with a passion for building scalable systems

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Extreme attention to detail in both documentation and communication

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior developers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building microservices

  • Exposure to or contribution in cloud-related open source projects

  • Experience in cloud-based API development (NodeJS, TypeScript, REST, GraphQL, gRPC) considered a strong asset

  • Strong experience with SQL and database management
