Le stagiaire en gestion de projet travaillera avec l'équipe Optimisation du marketing au sein de notre organisation Opérations et technologie du marketing pour développer la pratique de l'optimisation du marketing. Vous développerez un programme permettant aux spécialistes du marketing d'appliquer eux-mêmes des stratégies d'optimisation de base et explorerez les possibilités d'étendre les services de l'équipe sans avoir besoin d'un soutien personnalisé intensif. Il s'agit d'une opportunité passionnante pour les candidats qui souhaitent explorer le carrefour de la gestion de projet, des opérations, de la communication et de l'analyse marketing.

Responsabilités
Diriger les efforts visant à étendre la portée de l'équipe d'optimisation du marketing, y compris :

• Améliorer les efforts pour partager les idées et les recommandations de l'équipe avec un public plus large.

• Permettre la mise en œuvre à grande échelle d'optimisations qui ont un impact sur l'activité de l'entreprise

• étendre les services de l'équipe à un plus grand nombre de parties prenantes sans exiger un soutien personnalisé intensif.

Qualifications minimales

• Vous poursuivez actuellement des études de premier cycle en commerce, en marketing ou dans un domaine connexe

• Une certaine exposition à des rôles/cours combinant les affaires, le marketing et les opérations

• Solides compétences en communication et capacité d'influence

• Expérience de la création de programmes d'habilitation

• Compétence préférée : intérêt et compréhension du marketing numérique et des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) connexes

Qualifications préférées

• Capacité à parler des plateformes de marketing utilisées par l'entreprise (Marketo, Salesforce, AEM, Sprinklr, etc.)

Position Overview
The project manager intern will work with the Marketing Optimization team in our Marketing Operations and Technology organization to scale the Marketing Optimization practice. You will develop a program that enables marketers to apply basic optimization strategies themselves and explore opportunities to expand the team's services without requiring intensive personalized support. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates that want to explore the crossroads of project management, operations, communication, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities
Lead efforts to expand the reach of the Marketing Optimization team, including:

• Enhancing efforts to share the team's insights and recommendations to a broader audience

• Enabling scaling implementation of optimizations that drive business impact

• Expanding the team's services to more stakeholders without requiring intensive personalized support.

Minimum Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Some exposure to roles/courses combining business, marketing, and operations

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence

• Experience creating enablement programs

• Preferred skill: Interest and understanding of digital marketing and related KPI

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak to marketing platforms utilized by the company (Marketo, Salesforce, AEM, Sprinklr, etc.
