Ce poste est situé au Canada et est un poste hybride.
Responsabilités
Diriger, gérer et encadrer une grande équipe d'ingénieurs en logiciel
Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes (structures de données et algorithmes)
Fournir des informations, des commentaires et des recommandations à la direction générale concernant le développement, les capacités et le potentiel de nos projets logiciels
Identifier les opportunités d'efficacité par l'automatisation, l'ingénierie
Travailler avec des architectes, des propriétaires de produits, des équipes expérimentées pour progresser vers une vision commune
Expert actif contribuant à la stratégie du produit et de l'entreprise
Assurer le leadership pour atteindre un haut niveau d'ingénierie logicielle, y compris la qualité, la sécurité et la résilience
Gérer la planification, l'exécution et la réussite de projets techniques complexes
Attirer, recruter et développer les meilleurs talents en ingénierie
Collaborer avec des équipes et des membres d'équipes géographiquement dispersés
Compréhension de l'architecture logicielle sans serveur, des meilleures pratiques, des flux de travail et du dépannage
Construire des capacités de plateforme avec des API et les meilleurs principes d'ingénierie SW
Savoir comment construire et guider les équipes tout en les inspirant à rester à la pointe de la technologie
Exceller à la fois dans le mentorat des ingénieurs logiciels juniors et dans l'orientation des ingénieurs plus expérimentés
Qualifications minimales
Diplôme BA/BS ou expérience pratique équivalente (MS en informatique ou diplôme connexe)
Plus de 8 ans d'expérience dans le secteur, dont plus de 5 ans de leadership technique pratique et plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion du personnel
Expérience du travail avec des équipes distantes et d'autres parties prenantes interfonctionnelles
Expérience dans un rôle d'ingénieur ou de technicien fournissant des solutions logicielles
Expérience pratique de technologies importantes telles que Java, Node.js, React et les technologies CI/CD
Expérience des processus et méthodologies de développement Scrum et Agile
Expérience de la gestion et de la résolution de problèmes complexes et ambigus
Savoir comment mettre en œuvre et avoir sur la vision de votre équipe

Position Overview
Are you excited by leading a team to solve technical challenges that come with building a scalable, available, performant platform used by millions of users worldwide? Come join us at Autodesk! Autodesk's DXC engineering team is seeking a hands-on, experienced engineering manager to lead a team and driven engineers who will build the Autodesk's next generation. You will report into one of the senior leaders in the DXC team.
This position is located in Canada and is a Hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Lead, manage and mentor a large team of software engineers
Strong problem-solving skills (data structures and algorithms)
Provide insight, feedback, and recommendations to senior management regarding the development, capabilities, and potential of our software projects
Identify efficiency opportunities through automation, engineering
Work with architects, product owners, experienced teams to move toward a common vision
Active expert contributing to product and business strategy
Provide leadership to achieve a high software engineering standard, including quality, security, resiliency
Manage the planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
Attract, Hire, and grow top engineering talent
Collaborate with geographically dispersed team and team members
Understanding of serverless software architecture, best practices, workflows, and troubleshooting
Build platform capabilities with API's and best SW engineering principals
Know how to build and guide teams while inspiring them to remain at the cutting edge
Excel at both mentoring junior software engineers and guiding more senior engineers
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience (MS in Computer Science or a related degree)
8+ years of relevant industry experience, with 5+ years of hands-on technical leadership and 3+ years of people management experience
Experience working with remote teams and other cross-functional stakeholders
Experience in an engineering or technical role delivering software solutions
Hands-on experience with important technologies such as Java, Node.js, React, and CI/CD technologies
Experience with Scrum and Agile development processes and methodologies
Experience managing and resolving complex and ambiguous issues
Know how to implement and have on your team's vision
Experience building and maintaining a successful working relationship with Product Management and UX Design teams
Preferred Qualifications
Can inspire a team to do great things and work with their development and career progression
Advanced knowledge of public cloud service platforms including Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Knowledge of React, Spring is an additional plus
