As part of Autobrains’ L4 R&D group, you'll contribute to the future of autonomous driving by:
- Collaborating with algorithm developers, machine learning engineers, and data scientists to integrate deep learning models into ROS-based real-time autonomous vehicle systems.
- Writing highly optimized, scalable, and reliable code for automotive processors to improve response times and resource usage.
- Developing and refining closed-loop control modules that send driving commands to the vehicle.
- Staying informed about advancements in autonomous driving, machine learning, and control algorithms.
Required Skills:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). M.Sc. is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in C/C++ and Python.
- 3+ years of experience optimizing, converting, and integrating convolutional neural networks for SoCs or real-time systems (TensorRT experience is a major advantage).
- Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics and control systems.
- Proficiency in Linux environments and experience with ROS (major advantage).
- Experience with GitHub and Docker.
Preferred Experience:
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for simulation scalability.
- Background in building scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle complex challenges.
- Team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
