We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Frontend JavaScript Developer to join our engineering team. This role is ideal for developers early in their career who want to work with modern web technologies such as React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript, and build robust, scalable, and visually stunning web applications.

You will be part of a team that values mentorship, clean code, performance, accessibility, and collaborative problem-solving. You will work on meaningful real-world projects and get the opportunity to learn engineering best practices from industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop responsive and accessible UI components using React.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Convert Figma or other design tools into pixel-perfect web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Styled Components.
  • Implement client-side state management using tools like Context API, Zustand, or Redux Toolkit.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure proper data handling, error boundaries, and caching patterns.
  • Ensure excellent performance and adherence to Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID).
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Use Git & GitHub for version control and contribute through feature branches, pull requests, and reviews.
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and Agile development processes (Scrum/Kanban).

Required Skills & Qualifications:


Strong foundation in:


  • React.js, Next.js
  • JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
  • Styling tools: Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Styled Components

Familiarity with:


  • Git & GitHub
  • Package managers: npm, Yarn
  • Browser dev tools, DOM inspection, and performance profiling
  • Cross-browser and device compatibility best practices
  • Work with build tools like Webpack, CRA, Vite, Grunt/Gulp or Babel.


Awareness of:


  • Agile development workflows
  • Clean code and modular architecture principles


Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

  • Exposure to testing tools like Jest or Cypress
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Basic understanding of Docker for development environments
  • Awareness of accessibility guidelines (WCAG, a11y)
  • Experience with monitoring/error tracking tools such as Sentry or LogRocket
  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, image optimization, etc.)
  • Experience in building or maintaining design systems using tools like Storybook
