Job Summary


We’re looking for an experienced Technical Architect to lead our development team. The ideal candidate should have a strong development background with strong hands-on in programming (Go or Python preferred).
As an Technical Architect at Auriga IT, you will help develop our next-generation cloud native core solution along with the product and the open-source community to build the Auriga IT vision.

Key Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in the design and architecture of our platform
• Not hesitate to get hands dirty and look into the code
• Mentor, coach and grow engineers
• Take complete ownership of customer deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines
• Be a quick learner and should have a strong technical background (preferably in java) able to work in a fast-paced manner
• Act as a single point of contact to manage customer and internal management
• Be a problem solver and always ready to get hands dirty
• Mentor and build a strong team, participate in hiring and appraisals
• Have prior experience of agile development
• Have 3+ years of experience in leading team with 5+ members (this is a techno-managerial role. 80% technical +20% management)

Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in any programming language - (Go, Python preferred)
• Basic understanding of Operating system and data structures.
• Good understanding of K8s, any cloud (AWS/OpenStack)
• Experience in any CI/CD tool - GitHub/Argo workflow, Argo CD, Jenkins
• Exposure to TDD and implementation of unit test framework
• Knowledge of REST APIs and frameworks.
• Hands-on in any database - Redis/Click house/MongoDB/PostgreSQL
• Basic understanding of kubectl CLI, helm, docker, Linux
• Experience in building production grade micro-services.

Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards learning and professional development.
