Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects, ensuring goals are met within defined timelines and budgets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, risk assessments, and resource allocation.
• Guide and mentor project teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor project progress through regular reviews, adapting plans as necessary to address challenges and changes.
• Manage project financials, including budget forecasts, expenditures, and profitability analysis.
• Conduct performance evaluations and reporting on project outcomes for stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all project stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Extensive project management experience, particularly in leadership roles within the engineering or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams towards successful project outcomes.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
