Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional to take ownership of software-level project supervision within a multidisciplinary development team. This role is key to ensuring successful product development and delivery, acting as the central point of coordination for software-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise software development activities within the project, ensuring alignment with defined processes, methods, and tools.
- Plan, coordinate, and guide the project team or sub-teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Monitor and report project progress and status both internally (to the team and line organization) and externally (to customers), with a focus on software development.
- Deliver software versions to external customers, ensuring quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Act as the primary internal and external interface for software-related matters within the Integrated Project Team (IPT).
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid experience in software development and project coordination.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with automotive or embedded systems is highly valued.
- Project management experience, including planning, coordination, and delivery of technical milestones, is a strong asset.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (completed or in progress).
