Job Description

Innovation Program Management

• Lead and coordinate strategic innovation initiatives
• Support incubation of new concepts and business opportunities
• Develop project governance and decision-making frameworks

Cross-functional Transformation

• Drive initiatives involving R&D, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality… and deeply involve in segment initiatives
• Facilitate alignment across multiple functions

Portfolio & Opportunity Management

• Track innovation initiatives
• Maintain innovation opportunity pipeline
• Develop business cases and value assessments
• Support management prioritization

Executive Governance

• Prepare management review materials
• Monitor decision implementation status
• Maintain transformation dashboards
• Escalate critical risks and barriers

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Engineering, Automotive, Technology, Innovation Management or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years experience in:

• Program Management
• Innovation Management
• Business Transformation
• PMO
• Product Development
• Consulting
