Job Description
- Handle customer complaint, 0Km & Field returns, analyse, improve and report
- Make inspection standard (including appearance standard) for new product
- Make inspection standard and check record for product audit
- Implement product audit monthly and make action plan for defect found
- Arrange annual validation test for product and follow up the test result
- Take part in PFMEA creation and audit
- Create and update process control plan
- Create and update product audit instruction after final test
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
- 0-2 years of working experiences in the respective area;
- Electronic quality analysis and testing;
- Experience in R&D
