Job Description

• Create, update, and maintain mechanical and electrical documentation in CATIA, Zuken, WISE, and SAP.
• Prepare documentation packages for release (ECAD, MCAD, ECD, EDM, SPE, TAS).
• Manage ECU, PCB, MLC, OES, CUAL and other family structure documentation.
• Execute MBE reports, BOM BOS checks, and ensure correct linkage of drawings and files.
• Handle official releases, planning releases (Prototype, Plant), correction, upgrade, bulk items, Verification,Pre-BOM, V-DAS releases.
• Perform Jazz Release Request handling, E-sign flows, approvals, ERM creation and submission.
• Complete Approve/Release steps in WISE and SAP for all document types.
• Create and maintain stock items, non-stock items, object links, distribution lists, variant structures, andsubstitute/alternative items.
• Execute BOM compare (WISE ↔ WISE, WISE ↔ SAP).
• Handle triple-A BOM operations: creation, updates, corrections, variant management.
• Manage ECU Docu Board and PCB Docu Board tasks, card movement, and documentation flow.
• Execute XML processing, Jenkins SYSA zip creation, and Collect tool workflows.
• Ensure documentation flow between Engineering (PE), MCAD, ECAD, and Project Management.
• Manage IMDS tickets, reporting, corrections, and material/weight/source validation.
• Collaborate with colleagues from ECAD, MCAD, PE, PM, and plant stakeholders.
• Provide support to other teams and share know-how across documentation topics.
• Run and deliver required reports on time. Follow internal processes, standards, and release regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree in technical field
• Experience with WISE (Jazz, ECAD/MCAD folders, Card workflows), SAP, CATIA, Zuken, Collect tool, MPLtool, Compare tool, Jenkins, SYSA zip handling, Variant manager
• Attention to detail & quality focus
• High self-management and prioritization skills
• Proactive, adaptable, collaborative
• Medium English proficiency
