Implementation Project Lead

Who We Are Looking For

A positive, self-starter with experience in project management and client relations to implement AuditBoard’s software. The Implementation Project Lead will be responsible for effectively managing all aspects of AuditBoard’s customer implementations from sales handoff to system go-live for customers based in Central or Eastern time zones. 

 Key Responsibilities 

• Develop a deep knowledge of our product, and help customers through the implementation lifecycle from kickoff, through design and user acceptance testing
• Serve as a project manager for small, medium, and large AuditBoard implementation projects
• Maintain project status and manage client and internal resources to complete project deliverables
• Able to gather and interpret customer requirements and configure the AuditBoard solution to meet their needs
• Although this role is Remote, it will be virtually supporting customers in Central or East Coast time zones and we prefer candidates to be in the Central or Eastern Time Zones

Attributes for a Successful Candidate

• 1-3 years of experience in the Risk Management field, GRC Implementations, and/or in a Professional Services firm will be considered 
• Risk Management or prior GRC implementation experience in a hyper-growth SaaS environment is strongly preferred
• Strong relationship-building capability and customer service skills 
• Strong business communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to effectively connect with internal and external customers virtually
• Excellent time management, organization, and time-keeping skills
• Ability to connect at all levels of the organization using diplomatic communication, influence, and negotiation skills
• Able to run virtual meetings effectively and present topics and drive agenda in front of clients and internal team
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage own workload with limited oversight 
• Understands and thrives in a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize work accordingly
• Intermediate to expert Excel skills
• Willingness and desire to seek ongoing training for upskilling
• Comfortable working in an ever-changing environment, which requires constant learning and adaptability
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Although a remote role, being located in Central or Eastern time zones is strongly preferred due to the vast majority of customers being in Central or Eastern time zones
