We are looking for a passionate Analytics Engineer to join our team and help build scalable analytics tools and practices. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytic solutions that support our growing SaaS portfolio, with a focus on understanding customer behavior and driving data-informed decisions.
Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product and business teams to identify analytics needs
- Translate business requirements into actionable metrics and insights
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems
- Develop tailored views for different organizational personas
- Optimize data models and strategies for advanced analytics
- 2+ years of experience in data analytics or BI roles
- Experience in SaaS environments
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and DAX
- Ability to communicate insights effectively and tell a compelling data story
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) - advantage
- BA/MA degree in relevant areas – an advantage
