BI & Data Solution Analyst

Description

We are looking for a BI & Data Solution Analyst to lead the organization's data transformation journey. Our Data & BI team is in the midst of a technological transformation, moving to a modern data platform based on Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, and Power BI, enriched with AI and Copilot capabilities. We are seeking a data professional with strong business acumen who will lead the strategic migration from QlikView to Power BI and help shape the organization's analytics solutions for years to come.

• Lead end-to-end Data & BI solutions, from business requirements gathering through development, implementation, and adoption.
• Closely collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users, building advanced data models, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Your mission

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in information solution design.
• Hands-on experience developing dashboards, reports, and semantic models in Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Proven experience working with business stakeholders, from requirements gathering through solution implementation.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects across multiple business and technical interfaces.
• Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and the ability to translate technical requirements into measurable business value.
• Experience with QlikView, including maintenance of existing models and reports - Advantage
• Deep understanding of DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling methodologies - Advantage
• Experience with Snowflake, dbt, and/or Microsoft Fabric - Advantage
• Experience in migration, modernization, or greenfield data platform projects - Advantage
• Familiarity with AI and Copilot tools in the analytics and data domain - Advantage
