We work with some of the largest professional services, consulting, hospitality, leisure retail, and pharmaceutical brands in the world including Circle K, Starbucks, BSH, Delivery Hero, Costa Coffee, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Novartis etc. Attensiā€™s team now consists of more than 250 Game Changers across our offices in Norway, UK, US, and Germany - and weā€™re still growing.

As Attensi continues to grow, we are in need of tech lead on our Platform Web-team. We are a cross functional team of 6 eager developers, 2 designers and a Product Manager and Team Lead, all working together to create Attensi PORTAL (and ADMIN).

Some of us likes to kick start early in the morning, and some of us likes to have a slow start and sky rock throughout the day. Some of us like to have shoes on, and some prefer slippers. Nonetheless, we are all engaged to do our part in delivering the best possible solutions for our customers!ā€Æ

What will you do?
As a tech lead in Attensi, you will work closely with Product Manager on driving the technical processes and dialogues. You will get to combine hands on work with coding, as well as coaching and mentoring the team, driving the technical decisions and take part in discussions with other Tech leads and CTO to work on an architectural level.

We adhere to the DevOps principle of 'You build it, you run it,' implying that developers are expected to take complete ownership of the entire lifecycle when implementing featuresā€”from code commitment to production deployment, and subsequently, monitoring for potential issues. Addressing any discovered bugs or issues is also part of this shared responsibility within the entire development team.

As tech lead for the Platform WEB team, you will work with products with a rapidly growing user base, reaching people all over the world. Our engaging and user-friendly learning solutions help employees in all types of industries with onboarding and career development.

You are probably quite experienced as a fullstack developer and ready for more impact and responsibility. We're looking for someone who not only brings technical expertise but also a passion for creating scalable products with real life impact.

You most likely have solid experience with:

  • Backend frameworks like Ruby on Rails, Django, Spring Boot, ASP.Net or similar.
  • SQL databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Modern front-end development with React and TypeScript.

Our platform is deployed using Kubernetes and hosted in AWS, our main application layer is based on Ruby on Rails, but we also have a variety of services in .Net. For this role youā€™ll work mainly with a series of frontend applications based mostly in ReactJS and Vue, and working on our GraphQL APIā€™s.
