Frontend Developer, UI & Interaction

👋 Hey there! We’re Attensi, a tech company born in Norway with a passion for gamified simulation training. Since 2012, we’ve gone global, and today our solutions are used by some of the world’s biggest brands in 150+ countries and 50+ languages.

We combine gamification, realistic interactive scenarios and decision-driven dialogues, all powered by our own game AI, to create immersive, hands-on learning experiences. It’s a radically new way to deliver high-impact training that scales across large organisations and actually sticks.

We work with some of the world’s largest brands in energy, retail, hospitality, pharma, professional services and more, including Circle K, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich and Novartis. We are currently 220 Game Changers across Europe and the US.

Now, we’re looking for a Frontend Developer with a strong eye for UI and interaction to help shape the future of Attensi Creator.

About the Role

Creator is the platform our teams and customers use to build immersive training games without writing a line of code.

As Creator moves fully to the web, we’re investing heavily in the authoring experience. We want it to be fast, clear and genuinely enjoyable to use, and to look as good as the training it creates.

This is a frontend role for someone who cares how things look and feel, not just whether they work. You’ll build interactive, stateful, real-time product experiences that make complex content creation feel effortless.

Where a game developer obsesses over game feel, you’ll obsess over tool feel: responsiveness, clarity, flow and the visual details that make a tool a pleasure to use.

AI is a big part of how we build, not just what we build. Our developers use AI tools every day to prototype, write and test code faster, and you’ll be part of shaping how we work with it as a team.

You’ll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, SvelteKit, TailwindCSS, SignalR and AI-assisted creation features, and, when needed, our .NET / C# backend.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Design and build the interfaces, interactions and user flows that power Attensi Creator

• Make complex content creation feel simple and look good for non-technical users

• Make your own design decisions on features, from first sketch to shipped UI

• Develop AI-assisted content tools, from our Creator Assistant to text, image and voice generation

• Use AI tools as a natural part of your workflow to prototype, build and ship faster

• Work with real-time collaboration and live data using SignalR

• Dive into our .NET / C# backend when needed to ship features end to end

• Build reusable components and patterns that make the whole team faster

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• At least two years of frontend experience, whether in a job, at a startup or in another fast-moving product environment

• Strong TypeScript and experience with a modern component framework. Svelte is a plus, and React translates well

• Experience building interactive, stateful web applications, not just static pages

• A strong eye for visual design. Your work looks good, you can explain why, and you’re confident making design decisions yourself

• Care for the details: spacing, motion, feedback and the moment something starts to feel right

• Hands-on experience using AI tools in your development work

• A pragmatic, collaborative approach to building product

Bonus points If you have experience with

• SvelteKit or TailwindCSS

• Figma, or designing interfaces before you build them

• Motion, animation, creative coding or game development

• Real-time systems such as SignalR or WebSockets

• AI/LLM integrations such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs or similar

• Complex creation tools such as editors, authoring tools, design tools or developer tools

• .NET / C#

• A degree in computer science, interaction design or similar
