In this role, you’ll have a unique opportunity to join the Attensi Product & Tech organization as part of our INSIGHTS & Data Platform product team. You’ll play a key part in helping us achieve the INSIGHTS & Data Platform product team vision to disrupt traditional learning analytics by enabling customers demonstrate and optimise the impact of their solutions through dynamic learning insights and AI-powered recommendations.

To strengthen our capabilities in the INSIGHTS & Data Platform product team, we’re now on the lookout for a talented Data Analyst to work on-site in Oslo.

What you’ll do:

• Work closely with our Customer and Product teams to scope and develop new proof of concepts that will become available in INSIGHTS (customer-facing reporting and analytics product). This could include new reports, data visualizations, and Gen AI-powered analytics
• Take ownership of existing data analytics products as we transition them into proprietary software for our customers. This currently includes:
  • Embedded BI solutions (i.e. our Completion dashboard in PowerBI)
  • Game-analytics workflows (e.g. our proof-of-concept minigame and skills profiling solutions).
• Be a key player in enhancing the data experience for INSIGHTS, focusing on scoping new features, and managing QA of the data assets in our product.
• From time to time, support other ad hoc Platform reporting and Customer integration requirements.

Who are you?

You are an experienced Data Analyst who loves working with data to solve real-world problems. You’ll fit right in if you:

• Have 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role
• Enjoy collaborating with customer, product, and engineering teams to bring new analytical solutions to life for customers
• Are proficient in SQL, and have some experience in Python
• Have hands on BI experience (Power BI preferred) and demonstrated capability to bring actionable insights to life.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS), GitHub, and / or Gen AI workflow tools (e.g. Flowise) would be a bonus but not required upon start.
