The Mission

We are looking for a Lead QA Automation Engineer to help us redefine how the world handles business intelligence by owning and elevating our quality strategy.
The Impact You’ll Make
- Define and Evolve Strategy: Lead the QA automation strategy, standards, and best practices, owning the automated test pyramid across unit, integration, API, UI, and performance testing.
- Build Scalable Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks while establishing clear quality gates for CI/CD pipelines and release readiness.
- Mentor and Lead: Manage and technically guide QA engineers and SDETs, setting expectations for code quality and helping to hire and grow top automation talent.

Who You Are
- You are comfortable in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.
- You value quality over speed and are curious about using AI to improve efficiency.
- Experience: You have 7+ years of experience in QA or SDET roles, with proficiency in languages like Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Scala, and deep experience in API and backend validation.
- Working Hours: You are based in or able to work East Coast (ET) hours, specifically overlapping with our core hours of 10am to 5pm ET.
